This was a special message included in some challenges to the church.  This challenge had to do with the subject of Biblical fasting.  Jesus said in Matthew 6:16, 'when you fast'.  This doesn't appear to be an option to Jesus.  We unpack the subject of Biblical fasting in this message: what, how, why, etc.  We hope that this message challenges you in your journey with Christ.
